- Toast cut into 3cm thick slices, cut the surface with a knife staggered Plaid line (so when baking butter will seep toast)
- Uniform surface layer of toast smeared with butter, sprinkle with the right amount of white sugar
- Into the preheated oven to 200 degrees bake for 7-8 minutes until golden and crispy
